Important Bird Areas
Survey An IBA
Support Arkansas’s IBA program by volunteering to monitor a site
Arkansas’s Important Bird Areas (IBAs) need your help. Volunteers are needed to survey focal species at selected sites. The information you collect will allow Audubon and land managers to understand how birds are doing at these sites and how management actions or threats may affect birds of conservation concern. To learn how, when, and where you can get involved, e-mail Dr. Dan Scheiman, Director of Bird Conservation, Audubon Arkansas.
