Staff Officer for Integrated Resource Management for the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas and Oklahoma. His duties include program management responsibilities for all timber, soil, water, air, fisheries, wildlife, and range programs.

Bill Holimon
Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission
Chief of Research for the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission. Bill previously worked on conservation of Golden-cheeked Warblers and Black-capped Vireos in Texas and has conducted extensive work on various taxa of Red Crossbills throughout North America. He currently conducts research on Henslow’s Sparrows and Red-cockaded Woodpeckers in Arkansas.
